Key Responsibilities:

Perform safe and accurate rigging of trusses and related structures.

Conduct load calculations to ensure structural integrity.

Install lighting, audio, and AV equipment as per design specifications.

Work closely with production managers, lightning designers, and sound engineers.

Inspect and maintain rigging equipment for compliance and safety.

Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of rigging experience in events or entertainment industry.

Strong understanding of truss load calculations and structural safety.

Familiarity with industry-standard rigging gear and equipment.

Certification in rigging or working at heights (preferred).

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
